Health Guarantee

1. The above animal is a purebred kitten and parents are TICA registered.

2. This kitten is current on shots and worming.

3. This warranty is valid only for the original owner and is not transferable.

The buyer agrees to stay up to date with worming and vaccinations.

4. This kitten is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of the seller’s

knowledge.

5. This kitten is guaranteed against fatal genetic defects for 1 year. Fatal genetic defects include and are limited to genetic conditions of the heart, eye, liver, and/or kidneys. If the kitten dies due to a genetic defect due to these organ systems within the first 1 year of the original ownership the breeder will replace this kitten with a kitten of equal value as soon as one becomes available or a full refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.  The replacement kitten will only be given if a necropsy has been performed and a certificate from a licensed vet is provided as proof of cause of death. The cost of necropsy will be the responsibility of the buyer. While we do what we can to breed only the healthiest of cats, we are not able to guarantee against osteochondrodysplasia (OCD) or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) as these are inherent risks in the breed with no genetic test at this time.

​​6. Breeder/Seller the kitten must be spayed or neutered before 10 months. The Purchaser agrees to send the Breeder/Seller documentation from a licensed veterinarian that the kitten has been spayed/neutered. If the Purchaser fails to provide such evidence within the time period, the Breeder/Seller may reclaim the kitten without refund. The Breeder/Seller agrees to forward registration papers upon proof of spay/neuter procedure.

7.  All medical expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  

The buyer’s below signify that they have read and agree to all terms stated within this contract. The purchase amount is non-refundable and non-transferrable except under the terms listed on this contract.
